Another day of rain, rain, rain. Rodger stopped by to discuss the day's activities or non activities. It is very hard to be a tourist in a neat place like Old Ellicott City in constant rain. But he did meet our kitties and Jax immediately adopted him. We decided to see what the day would bring and meet for dinner at the Trolley Stop that evening.
