Weboost Fail, Cheese and More Cousin Time

Tuesday, June 19, 2018

Worked on installing our weboost.  Set it up and discovered our plan fell a bit short.  There was not enough space between the two antennas.  So back to square one.  Enough work, we went cheese shopping.  We let the GPS guide us through Amish farmland to a couple of cheese factories.  It really gave us a guided tour.    Respecting their wishes to not be photographed, we did not take any pictures.  In fact, we were rather into the moment and forgot all about the camera.  Our journey did take us through some beautiful farmland.  We saw fields being plowed with two horse teams, many buggies on the road and beautifully clean farms along a very narrow road.  We did stop at two different cheese factories. Guggisberg Cheese, Inc. and Heini's Cheese.  We bought a bag of cheese ends, (Colby, Colby/jack, and a pepper cheese) for a small amount of $ but a nice amount of cheese, aged swiss and Espresso Bellavitano.  When we got to Heini's we were trying to behave but it was hard.  Bruce got some Headcheese lunch meat, beef sticks and I got cheese curds, fudge, and dark chocolate buckeyes.  Dinner was at Gary and Elaine's house in Massillion.  Gary got a pizza stone for Father's Day and wanted to test out his pizza grilling skills.  It was delicious.  Another enjoyable evening visiting with them.
