A Day in Corry, Pennsylvania

Friday, June 15, 2018

Our time in Corry is running out so we thought it would be nice to spend the day in town.  Corry is a small town but has some interesting history.  We started out having lunch at "The Library."  Yes,, this restaurant is in the old library building.  The decor here is quite bookish.  The food wasn't bad either.

After lunch, we just walked around town.  The old railroad depot is still standing.

We think some if not all of this building was part of the manufacturing area of the Climax Locomotive.  Now it is a rubber factory.

A few other interesting historical markers.
