Drove through Ellicott City to see how much devastation was visible after the flood earlier this year. It is so sad to think how close the town came earlier this year to full recovery from the flood two years ago. They seem to be right back where they started. Shops closed, construction everywhere.
Stopped at Savage Mill for a little while. Bruce is not able to do much walking today. Had lunch at the Ram's Head.
